        1. Create a Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) Account: If you don't already have one, set up a Pokémon Trainer Club account through the official Pokémon website. This account will be linked to your Pokémon Go profile.
        2. Link the Account: In your Pokémon Go app, go to settings and link your Pokémon Trainer Club account to your main Pokémon Go profile.
        3. Provide PTC Login Details: You will need to provide your Pokemon Trainer Club log in details at the checkout. You will only need to provide us with the login details for your Pokémon Trainer Club account (NOT your main Pokémon Go Gmail login). This allows us to access the account securely.

        1. Why do I need to provide my Pokémon Trainer Club login? We use the PTC login to securely log in to your account. This account is linked to your Pokémon Go profile, so we can complete the process without needing your main Pokémon Go login information.
        2. Is this process safe? Yes! We only require access to the Pokémon Trainer Club account which is a secondary account linked to Pokémon Go. We take security seriously and do not store or misuse your information.
        3. How long will it take to receive my Pokemon? Once you’ve completed the purchase a representative will reach out to confirm an accurate time frame.
