How It Works:

1. Create a Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) Account: If you don't already have one, set up a Pokémon Trainer Club account through the official Pokémon website. This account will be linked to your Pokémon Go profile.
2. Link the Account: In your Pokémon Go app, go to settings and link your Pokémon Trainer Club account to your main Pokémon Go profile.
3. Provide PTC Login Details: You will need to provide your Pokemon Trainer Club log in details at the checkout. You will only need to provide us with the login details for your Pokémon Trainer Club account (NOT your main Pokémon Go Gmail login). This allows us to access the account securely.
4. Receive Your XP: Once purchased we will reach out to you explaining the process and a time frame in more detail, we will log into your account and grind out the XP on your behalf. Throughout our process you will inevitably receive Stardust as well, we cannot guarantee an amount but this is on the house… thank us later. Time frames can vary depending on how busy we are but you can expect us to complete this within 8 hours. Please allow up to 24 hours during busy times.

1. Why do I need to provide my Pokémon Trainer Club login? We use the PTC login to securely log in to your account. This account is linked to your Pokémon Go profile, so we can complete the process without needing your main Pokémon Go login information.
2. Is this process safe? Yes! We only require access to the Pokémon Trainer Club account which is a secondary account linked to Pokémon Go. We take security seriously and do not store or misuse your information. Once we’ve completed our service we always advice that you change the password to your Pokemon Trainer Club just for peace of mind.
3. How long will it take to receive my XP? Once you’ve completed the purchase a representative will reach out to confirm an accurate time frame. This whole process is completed within 8 -24 hours.
4. Can I still access my Pokémon Go account during the process? During this process you will need to log out and remain logged out throughout but one of our technicians will advise you when to log out and when to log back in again.
